2003 The installation of a HMI SCADA system for the brewing, fermentation and process areas
2000 Installation of several CIP sets at the brewery for in place cleaning
1998 Addition of a 1500 Kg/Hr CO2 recollection and liquefaction plant
1997 Addition of 4 NH3 refrigeration compressors and associated equipment
1996 Addition of an administration complex for approx 80 staff
1996 Addition of 12 x 2000 hl fermenters complete with services and process control
1995 Addition of 10 x 2000 hl fermenters complete with services and process control
1994 A purpose built brew house additional to the plant that was installed in 1988 in the Power Brewing time at 500 hl capacity 50 brews a week. During this project the distributed HMI system was extended to control the then dual stream brew house.
1993 A UASB trade waste treatment plant with a capacity of 100m3/hr intake volume
1992 A new purpose built packaging line and building for the production of all CUB’s national and local products including the new cold filtered product Carlton Cold. This project included the development of the first distributed HMI system on the site.
1992 In preparation for the B4 project I acted in the role of Site Packaging Manager for four weeks while the then packaging manager was over seas on training.
